Chop! Chop!

Updated: Aug 23, 2020

Tired of the same ol', same ol' bowl of lettuce? I always get a ton of questions about my salads. I mix them up by chopping a bunch of things in the Cuisinart.

This time around, I chopped kale and broccoli.

Toss in the Cuisinart and chop chop! By the way, if you don't have a Cuisinart, here is a great one.

Next you are going to build your bowl! I used:

spinach, chopped broccoli, chopped kale, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, beets, and olives.

YUM, right? I whipped up a Dijon dressing. Super easy:

Ingredients

6 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Toss everything in a mason jar or dressing bottle. Shake 'er up and pour on salad.
